During these two days, our various lawyers were able to see the full extent of the firm`s investment in diversity and inclusion. Lawyers were able to network and had the opportunity to hold national Affinity Group meetings. Since the end of the conference, the enthusiasm and commitment generated there has led to renewed commitments from our national affinity groups to implement Allverse`s themes and make them accessible to a wider audience. The connections and relationships forged at Allverse have allowed lawyers to nurture each other and help build an even more impactful network of different lawyers here at the firm.
