In addition, each agency shall forward without delay to the open management committee a copy of that complaint as soon as it has been received by the Agency and of the resulting decision. Failure by a public authority to comply with the provisions of the third paragraph of this Article shall be deemed to be a refusal. (c) Each governmental entity that maintains a website shall publish information about this article and article six-A of this chapter on its website.
