1.01 General. The rules of fast softball differ significantly from the rules of baseball for boys. There is no limit for pitchers on the number of innings they can pitch. Therefore, an advanced pitcher/catcher combination can dominate any recreational program, a fact that is confirmed in the transition from slow ball to fast softball in the NEP and other theme parks. NEP lowers minimum standards for quality education instead of protecting and expanding policy space through the immense financial and political resources of the state. He presents playgrounds as an illogical restriction to appease neoliberal interests that prioritize market demands over social good when determining land use. It could be argued that relaxing TEN requirements will increase the total number of schools and reduce tuition fees. However, without tuition regulation, private schools without playgrounds are unlikely to become more affordable. Even if the total number of schools increases, access to playgrounds will continue to be strictly determined by the caste and class of the children. NEP`s attack on playgrounds deprives children, especially the lower caste and urban poor, of their right to play in safe and appropriate spaces.

The NEP advocates shifting the education system from “too much emphasis on inputs” to “productive potential in terms of desired learning outcomes”. It evokes efficiency and optimization to facilitate the appropriation of playgrounds. First, the NEP is leading a review of the “feasibility of playgrounds in urban areas,” school zone requirements, and room size. It aims to “facilitate” the operation of the school by removing RTE`s playground requirements. For example, neither private nor public schools can be required to provide playgrounds, and private schools can charge exorbitant fees without providing playgrounds. 3.04 Selection of Competitive League Players. Test dates will be set for December. Five coaches will be involved in the evaluation of the players and the Director of Player Selection from PEN will be present. Players are placed in teams from the leaderboard, with the highest score selected first, etc. In case there are enough girls to field more than one team, the players who receive the highest points in the trials are placed in team 1, then team 2 is filled, and so on. The Team Manager reserves one (1) player option.

1.02 — Implemented. The NEP will adhere to the alliance`s two-division structure. The number of girls who register to participate determines the number of teams in each age group. The age groups most directly affected by the Competitive League rules are groups 12U and 14U. However, participation in the 10U, 16U and 18U age groups will be considered if there is sufficient interest. Note: The placement of high school players is carefully considered, as multiple high school players participating in a team could prevent a team from participating in NWFGSA tournaments. Synopsis: NEP 2020 (National Education Policy) ignored children`s right to playgrounds in the name of efficiency. (a) Players who play the game in the DP, DEFO or EH position are exempt from the park participation rule for that game. What changes does PEN 2020 bring to playground regulation? 5.06 — High school player.

Any player who is a member of a high school softball team can participate in NEP Girls Softball, but is not eligible for a tournament sponsored by the NWFGSA. (d) Successive Game Rules. No player can play in the DP, DEFO or EH position in two consecutive matches. (c) It is the responsibility of the manager or coach to clearly mark the official score log so that DP, DEFO and EH players are clearly identified. The Northwest Florida Girls Softball Alliance (NWFGSA), whose goal is to develop and enhance the recreational level of fast softball through a spirit of harmony and collaboration, has taken steps to eliminate the disproportionate influence of advanced players on recreational programs by considering assigning them to competitive leagues. As described in the NWFGSA rules, a competitive division consists of a team that openly recruits or fills its roster with tryouts (not a league draft). Since the goal of the NEP Women`s Softball Program is to increase the number of girls playing in its recreational program and improve their overall gaming experience, the park hosted this restructuring of the NWFGSA league. Children, especially in urban areas, are deprived of equitable space resources despite being equal members of society.

Access to the playgrounds, the only field dedicated to the needs of children, depends on class and caste privileges. The Children`s Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act 2009 (RTE) requires all schools to provide the essential infrastructure standards set out in the RTE calendar, including playgrounds. All schoolchildren between the ages of six and 14 have guaranteed access to the playground. The new National Education Policy (NEP) dismantles this legal regime of protected playgrounds instead of strengthening it. This article was first published in print on March 2, 2021 under the title “Calling off play”. The perpetrator is affiliated with the Criminal Justice and Police Accountability Project Exception: In the event that a manager has used all of his eligible players and a player is injured, falls ill and cannot continue, is ejected from play by a referee or official, or is not present, If an interrupted game is resumed, the game does not expire. The opposing coach selects a player on the bench who is able to play the position of the injured, distant or sick player, but who has already been in the game, and this player replaces the injured, retired or sick player. Second, the NEP proposes that state governments create school complexes and “rationalize” schools by 2025 to encourage the sharing of resources such as playgrounds. A school complex is an administrative group that includes a secondary school and all other schools with lower grades (including Anganwadis) within a radius of 5 to 10 kilometers. Despite the abolition of playground requirements, the NEP arrogantly advocates for education integrated with sport, but does not explain how sport can be integrated if schools are not required to provide playgrounds. 2.01 — Age of play.

The age groups of the players are as follows: 8U, 10U, 12U, 16U and 18U. No player is allowed to play outside her age group. The number of players who register to play determines the number of teams in each age group. The competitive league plays in the 12U and 14U age groups; Competitive games in the 10U, 16U and 18U age groups will be considered if there is enough interest. Therefore, NEP is committed to ensuring that already rare, limited and small playgrounds are shared by many schools and children of different ages. This is not only cruel, it is also ineffective – children of different ages engage in different types of games and, therefore, have different needs when it comes to playgrounds.
