Review existing or developing laws and best practices of foreign countries to regulate the fight against terrorism and cyberspace, prevent the exploitation of social media by opponents, and submit reports. iv. Presentation of the monthly report/research paper on international conventions on combating terrorism, cyberspace and preventive measures against the use of social media. Presentation of a monthly report / research document on the possibility / adoption in our environment, i.e. the national implementation of international conventions on combating terrorism and cyberterrorism. v. Preparation of model provisions for counter-terrorism laws. Research on existing laws of counter-terrorism countries so that points can be sorted out to be removed, and proposals for changes in India`s existing counter-terrorism.

vi. Legal advice on international law, in particular on counter-terrorism and cyberterrorism issues. 5. Place of Employment: NIA Hqrs, New Delhi 6. Qualification: The candidate must be LLM with international law specializing in anti-terrorism laws and cyberterrorism.
